Senior Executive / Executive – Events, Communications and Relationship
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, developing, implementing and managing internal and external engagement programmes
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all social media channels and website
- Responsible for conceptualizing and developing all marketing collaterals
- Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or other related disciplines
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Hands-on experience in managing digital media platform
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Independent and resourceful
- Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multitasking skills
