Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing, developing, implementing and managing internal and external engagement programmes
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating all social media channels and website
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and developing all marketing collaterals
  • Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Hands-on experience in managing digital media platform
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
